San Diego Golf Schools
1. Availability: San Diego Golf Schools. Some Sessions fill up months in advance with an 2 to 4 student limit. In order to
ensure that space is available for your choice of golf school, please book your reservation as soon as possible. We do
offer private 1 and 2 person golf schools with no up fees added.
2. Deposit / Payment: To secure your reservation, a $250 deposit is required. Deposits are payable by credit card or
personal check. Any returned check is subject to return check bank fees and $25.00 staff time fee. The tuition balance
is due 14 days prior to the school's start date. Tuition balances are payable by credit card, check or money order as
well. Payment by Pay Pal is also available on our website. You must have a Pay Pal account to use this feature.
3. Cancellation: If written notice of cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to the school's start date, a full refund
will be made less $100 per person. Persons submitting cancellations with less than 7 days prior to the school's start
date will forfeit deposits and the remaining funds will be issued back in the form of a San Diego Golf Schools credit, to
be used at a future date. Cancellation credits are good for one year.
4. Date or location changes: Date or location changes can be made if available at least 15 days prior to school's start
date for a $50 per person change fee. Persons requesting date or location change from 1 to 14 days prior to the
school's start date will forfeit deposits and the remaining funds will be issued back in the form of a San Diego Golf
Schools credit, to be used at a future date or location. Date and location credits are good for a one-year period.
5. Rain Policy: We recommend that you bring a rain suit, rain jacket and umbrella. (of course, we stop for a downpour or
serious safety conditions and try to work around the delay). If we are unable to provide instruction due to any act of
God, we will give you credit for days missed or add time to your next days session(s). Under those circumstances, the
attendee would receive a rain check that may be credited toward another full session within a one-year period minus
any hotel or other fees already used.
Disclaimer of Liability and Limitation of Remedy: San Diego Golf Schools does not warrant the provisions of any
facilities. Any disputes arising between the hotels, golf courses, it’s agents, employees, servants or contractors or any
third parties and the attendee must be addressed with such third parties immediately while on site and is not the
responsibility of San Diego Golf schools shall not be liable for any personal injuries incurred by the attendee. The
attendee shall not withhold payment(s) due or owing to San Diego Golf Schools because of a dispute with or claim
against the hotel, golf course or a third party. In no way shall San Diego Golf Schools it's owners, staff members,
instructors or employees be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
By paying both your deposit and tuition balance you agree with the above terms.
Any payments made means that you understand and abide by the above terms and conditions.
We take the Credit Card payments / Personal Checks / Pay Pal / Cash
All Credit Card and Pay Pal payment refunds will be subject to an 8% charge for processing on both sides of the sale.....
